was born on September 9th 2006. When she opened her doors to the public., it was a dream come true for her owner designer/artist Maritsa Skountzos, to open an emporium for her art & beautiful objects...from other artisans and small suppliers, no mass production was to be found here...Only eclectic hand made or limited run goodies. 

A small store with a big heart., Precious soon became a land mark store known for it's uniqueness & authenticity in the Rozelle area of Sydney.

Specialising in great customer care & beautiful treasures, Maritsa also soon became known for her enticing window displays that would also become, a constant series of 

"in progress" installations!!!

Today, still maintaining all of the above Maritsa now runs art classes in the studio behind the shop. As well as putting her fashion & sewing background to use she has developed the "Precious Made With Love" label sold exclusively through Precious....
